Additional Information:
I’ve been a consistent customer but after buying a code yesterday it said order on hold but the cashapp I sent it to accepted it immediately ($KarmaXwaffle) . I contacted support with no response. They were active on telegram along with helping others telling them they are active on the support but ignoring me. Over a 12 hour attempt to get a replacement or refund with no response i left a bad review. That got a response of me being banned/ blacklisted with no refund.

They sent me a email saying I’m “credited” the money. That’s not acceptable for two reasons.
1 they have me banned from the store and telegram
2 them “credits” are unredeemable. I’ve been trying to use my 9$ in credits for weeks.
I understand your advertising for them but therefore you gotta stand behind them. And this is all bad business.
