Additional Information: I send payments to his IBAN, and everything worked fine with the payouts before. However, the last time he failed to pay me back, and I have not received the payout since November 25th. He keeps ignoring me and claiming he needs to get verification from his friend. I have archived all the chats. For now, I will just show you the end because we primarily need him to respond first.
