Additional Information: I bought it even though it has no customers and overpriced because it said auto redeem and I needed instantly some proxies with no wait time, but then the bots are even offline, owner changed, I got response from owner after 3 days literally... and I haven't got the proxies and they wrote auto redeem, their fault not mine.

Hi! From what I remember, I bought this service AFTER @hydroLMN placed their order with @ANG. And according to my terms of the deal with @ANG, he is responsible for handling his customers - I would just be handling the customers who have bought a proxy plan AFTER I took over. But for the old customers covered under @ANG's ownership, as a one-time courtesy, I offered them a new replacement key instead that they might use for their proxies while not considering how much time has already passed ever since they redeemed their key because bot/service has indeed had downtimes since I am working on making changes to the backend and the discord bot so that service is more stable. Either way, I am not obligated to refund, I can just offer a replacement (and this was indeed a term of deal point with ANG), so @hydroLMN may have to contact them for the refund.
