Additional Information: Paid this guy $50 to complete an account verification for me (ID+Proof of address). He didn't complete the verification. I asked for a refund and he said yes but I didn't receive anything.

Oh, I'm sorry this was a mistake. I was told by the guy "Complaint" that @Ameliaaaaaa is his reseller and he doesn't have an account on c.to. I just found out he does and he is already banned @Complaint.
