Additional Information: Paid him the amount via litecoin saturday, after that he told me to wait since his proxy wasnt working. He gave me an $100 for the delay (why couldnt he give me an $400 account then?), but thats only like 25% worth of what I bought. Its already been 2 days dince I've bought it and he keeps saying its "gonna be fixed soon" and its still not fixed.
