He doesn't offer a refund if someone login using his software, but it is a scam since the software doesn't work at all,
I mean I bought it for Netflix didn't work, and he said he will fix it in 1-2 weeks...

I also asked them multiple times before purchasing if Netflix works...

He is just manipulating people into buying his dead software and clearly states he will not refund anyone who buys his dead software.

in 4:05 had to buy Proxyscrape premium to start using it
in 4:20 saying it takes for ever to open a 1m combo

The ToS says no refund If I login I'm also okay with that its' your service, Selling a not working software and trick buyers "manipulating them" to buy something that doesn't work and write a ToS that there is no refund that is simply tricking people in buying something that it doesn't work and give nothing in return.

Edit : It was mentioned that speedy will fix it in 1-2 weeks, Imagine buying a service and you might will have to wait a 17 days to use it :)

I've bought something that I asked multiple times if it works, and once I had to buy proxies the first time test it didn't work.
Let's say you stopped the sale for the new buyers as it is down, I'm one of the buyers who just bought it before you announce it was down, that means I should also be one of the buyers that shouldn't buy it in the first place and had to wait till it is fixed.
