Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 40$ (Half - Half) - Tried to get the full payment (65$) - He deleted accout, nice exit scam LMAO

Additional Information: Easy. I started asking in groups for verified PayPal. Later texted me he sells, etc... I asked him for Discord and cracked.to. I told him to do half-half and he said okay, cause it's new user, and if i paid when i knew doesn't have rep, cause i don't matter if he wants to lose privacy for just 35$. So later when i paid, asked to pay the other part, i told him no, later told to me to pay the other 5$, was 5$ ok, i paid it and later blocked/deleted chats. And started saying in groups i never paid him, when i sent proofs he left of all groups and deleted account LOL.
Crypto address for a refund: I don't need the money, are just 40$. Just all IP's list and email registered in this account.
