Additional Information: I opened the ticket onsite 10 minutes after I bought the account as I realized the login info did not work. By 7 hours of no response, although the messages were read and support was online, I decided to contact SnoopyDO through telegram. Snoopy responded instantly however he had no intention of giving me a full refund. After a little bit of back and fourth he sent a picture naked male getting impaled by a trident then deleted the conversation for both of us and blocked me on telegram.

In telegram communication proof I provided you state that you do not have a policy. Also, the account I bought has since been taken off the store due to the exploit using the type of account I bought being patched https://ibb.co/rpKN7h9 meaning if he were to replace the account (which he didn't) it would be absolutely of no use to me or anyone anymore. Please note I also made the ticket saying the account didn't work before it was taken off his store and announced in telegram that said exploit did not work anymore. I want a full refund to my bitcoin wallet.
