I've asked if the item worked on amazon.fr, they answered "yes", so I bought it thinking it would work. It did not, so I contacted support for more info (as they say they provide 24/7 support). 2 days have past, I've sent some messages to ping support, but no response. Last messages were sent from 14 hours ago.
I have no more trust, please refund.
