Additional Information:
Royal says he haven't recived his funds thorugh shoppy, I understand that. But he won't give me the tool which I clearly paid for. It's a problem on his end and won't let me have the tool.

Lol, yeah it is fault if it didn't send the bitcoin to his wallet.

I clearly send the amount, under that time the transaction was confirming, the price on bitcoin went up and made the transation insufficient. 

It's not my fault when I follow everything through shoppy.gg and his thread and after I sent the BTC he doesn't recive it in his wallet, how should I know that?

I don't know what you want me to say? He paid via an autobuy and only sent a partial payment, I have no idea what has happened to the funds but they haven't appeared in my wallet. He's not getting a product he hasn't paid for, why would I even be expected too. I would of obviously given him the product even under a partial payment like I have done with so many others but the sad truth is not even a pending payment appeared in my wallet, my shoppy account isn't compromised and has had 2 fa on from the beginning. I've gotten sales before and after his purchase and the funds are transferring fine. It's clearly a bug that happened on Shoppy.

He needs to contact Shoppy about the error, not make a scam report.

@Pz_ Theres a new feature on Shoppy which lets me process the partial payment, message me back on Telegram I'll see if the payment comes through now.
