Additional Information: Made $0,did everything the guide said on multiple platforms,factory reset device and lost previous accounts because he specifically told me to do it,had no success for over a month so i went on creating a new instagram account factory resetting again and this time i got more views/followers since instagram trusts my account more when i pay for real ads,still got got 0 subscribers and only got followers who waste my time,he asked for proof of 21 days of consistent effort when ive messaged him and asked him questions/showed screenshot for 2 months straight,he would just respond to factory reset and start over because account is flagged (no shit his setup didnt work and i didnt know i would have to buy a complete new device thats a later version to make it work before going into this)        he will respond saying i bought fake followers on twitter (I ONLY EVER DID THIS ON TWITTER BECAUSE EVERY TWITTER ACCOUNT KEPT GETTING SHADOWBANNED SO I CREATED ONE FOR THE 3RD TIME AND IT GOT SHADOWBANNED AGAIN SO I TRIED DOING IT ONLY FOR TWITTER AS LAST RESORT AFTER 2 MONTHS AND IT CHANGED NOTHING),his guide stated to try 1 platform each time and i will get refunded if it dont work but i tried every platform twitter,reddit,ig,threads and i got followers and people dm me but no actual subs so made $0,will send the accounts that havent been deleted since i gave up on his guide,previous accounts got deleted because of him saying factory resetting phone and starting over fixes it

I am reposting the facts as the previous thread was deleted by moderators. The refund was denied because the user failed to meet the clear terms that I've included in Q&A on my thread themodellabs.com/refund/

The refund policy is in place to protect my guide from being treated as a free trial and to keep the guarantee fair for my community members who ACTUALLY do the work. I cannot process a refund based on work that no longer exists.

1. The 21-Day Consecutive Proof Does Not Exist

The user claims I told him to "factory reset" and "start over." This is irrelevant to the refund.

- The policy requires one continuous, 21-day record of the consistent posting being applied to a single account.
- Deleting the account and restarting, regardless of the reason, resets the 21-day clock to Day 0. The user claims I told him to repeatedly factory reset and delete accounts. The user was advised that factory reset may be needed due to the platform's device limits, but deleting accounts resets the 21-day clock to Day 0.
- The Shadowban excuse - The user is using "shadowban" as an excuse for laziness. His admitted strategy of starting over and using paid ads is the cause of low reach, not a mystical shadowban. This points to a failure to follow the guide and a reliance on lazy, non-compliant shortcuts
- The user admits to losing four accounts. Therefore, the required 21 consecutive days of verifiable data does not exist.

Offering a new, current account is not proof of 21 days of historical work.

2. User Did Not Follow the Guide

The user's failure is due to non-compliance, not the guide.

- Meta Ads/Traffic: The user admits to using paid Meta Ads on Instagram. Paid ads are not a method taught in the guide (even highly discouraged) and violate the core ORGANIC requirement of the refund test.
- Twitter: The user admitted to buying followers to "test" on his third account, further invalidating the test's data.
- Refusal of Support: The user claims he was only told to factory reset. However, when I offered him a free 2.0 guide in a good faith - update that specifically fixes the technical/setup issues he encountered, and further personal support, he rejected this, and chose to open this dispute

The refund is a guarantee the guide's method works if followed. The user repeatedly chose to abandon the method and use his own non-compliant shortcuts.

I will not engage in further discussion.

he used chatgpt to write this but this guy is coming up with complex things that wasnt in his tos and hes the reason i factory reset anything to start over my accounts,he had a plan.
