Additional Information: I have bought 1 Wise account loaded with initial deposit of $20 so account details are available.
Price was $120.
Paid him 2 days ago. He said it will take 24 hours. After 2 long days he delivered a crappy not even verified account registered under a different name, other than the ids he sent me. So, not usable. He just went to wise.com and registered an account with an email address, that's it - Scam written all over it.
He now refuses to refund.
I have lost trust that he will deliver what I need.
I also needed this very fast, if it will take more than 1-2 hours from now for him to deliver, I won't have any use for the account.
