Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Deleting all keys/users from Darkfly (our tool), or approximately $500-$2,000 in damages.

Additional Information:We've owned this tool for a long time and have been selling it for a while. Suddenly, the individual deleted all the keys and users from KeyAuth, to which I don't have access. There are still active customers who have bought the tool and are still using it. Closing it suddenly feels like a scam, to be honest. He didn't have my consent to do it. Here's proof of him declining to give me access to KeyAuth: https://imgur.com/a/SSscIZP. Now, he is ignoring me on Discord, even though he is active on the website (the last time he was online was 20 minutes ago). I also asked him for the source code, and he declined. This request is in the same picture where I asked him to let me host the KeyAuth.
