Additional Information:
During the night of the 13th, the RDP went down.
And since today, the 20th, I haven't heard from the staff. I submit tickets about once a day, but still no response. I'm asking them to reactivate the RDP because I forgot to back up my data on it to a different RDP, and on Oracle, I literally have my entire business and my work partners. So, they should stop making fun of me and start working on the problem very quickly. What's more, they state in their ticket that the technicians don't work on weekends; you can add two additional days.
 
Crypto address for a refund: I don't want a refund, but the RDP back to get my files/datas !
