I recently got scammed by "xseller" at first i transferred him the money using d&f then he refunded me saying i could take my money back then i sended him using f&f then the prick came up with an lame ass excuss that he got an email via paypal that he received the money but came up with a lame ass excuss that he doesn't see the balance on his PayPall and that it is a PayPal bug.
Then he told me that i needed to wait 16 hours and if he still did not see the PayPal top up on his account he would give me the Amazon gift card.
