First of all, I've been able to upgrade many users for monthly Premium, and no issues have been reported.
Recently, two accounts of my clients got banned after the upgrade, one of them is that of the one who opened the dispute.
The user is trying to get free money by accusing me of getting his account banned, when I did not.
Telegram's automated system has banned his account and I shouldn't be held responsible for what Telegram has done.
After doubting what my first client is saying, that his account got banned, the user too reported an issue with the upgrade, which is that his account got banned then I've taken a quick action to make my product on hold to stop autobuy orders as the problem is associated with the Gift Card which was used for multiple orders.
I've, now, decided to provide many Gift Cards for different orders to avoid getting the attention of Telegram's automated system.
To sum it up,
I cannot be held responsible for what Telegram automated system has done, as I have never known that Telegram would ban an account for using a Gift Card which was used within less than 6 days.
The buyer is a scammer for attempting to ruin the reputation of a trusted seller who gives much importance to the client satisafaction which is in fact why I've immediately stopped taking autobuy orders.
The buyer has threatened me to get raped which is against forum rules.
I've provided a replacement for the first client, off-site deal, with a different GC and it worked successfully for him which means I've never actually been able to know that Telegram would ban an account for such reason and I cannot be held responsible whatsoever.
I'm a trusted seller who gives importance to the satisfaction of my customer, with more than 50 vouches and I've never had a deal dispute during my 4 years on-site.
I thought the client was lying and trying to get a free product by pretending that his account got banned, I cannot in fact verify that his account truly got banned. Hence, why I was shocked.

We used to provide one GC for every two accounts in a certain time. And no issues have been reported. We've begin using the automated autobuy solution recently, and there may be something triggering Telegram's payment systems.
If you can't provide a screenshot of the account's number, and the reason of the ban. Then you're lacking evidence that it got banned for using the GC.
this is so we can investigate the problem and find solutions such as providing a new GC for every order. Let me know, this is very important to us

I'll confirm with a previous client who reported the same issue as you that you both actually got the new accs banned then I'll refund as this is exceptional and I'm a trusted seller
it seems like you're sort of threatening to look as if you're the shit, up there I was arguing how dumb you are of thinking that we can get your account banned for solely using our GC.
First, tell me your username on the forum Second, be patient until my other client responds who reported the same issue as you for using the monthly upgrade.
I didn't do this intentionally, it's telegram's mistake for making automated systems which considers legitimate orders as suspicious and then getting the acc banned
