Additional Information: Proxies not working after we used a part of the gbs we got.. been having this issue for the past month or so, @datatouch has tried to reach to them to get it fixed, got ignored in 2 tickets. So I decided to make a ticket and got slow responses and after all the attempts to fix it, it still did not work.. We tried a new password, restarting the proxy, and some more things, kinda done at this point.

Hello @polo , We have investigated what the problem is, it appears that you did not answer in the ticket. We told you that we have a different format for Google, which we have also given to you.

I have tried every single server you told me to ping, none worked.

Not sure what you are trying to fix here but its definitely on your side. 

The proxies used to work perfectly for months, but now randomly they stopped working and you guys have no single idea what is going on...

Please let me know when you have fixed our proxies.

To request to Google, we have another format. If it didn't work, you should have responded in the ticket. Let's get back to the ticket and try to solve the issue.

We just need you to disable the package on our account, we will make a new account. Then please transfer the GB over, as the proxies have not been unusable for the past month and we've gone through so many tickets. If you try using them yourself we can see that they are not pingable, and not online. They don't work in any program that I've tried, and for you as well.
