Aditionnal information: He sold me configs for PSN, Bangbros and Streamate (The 3 for 130$), When I received them, the PSN config was corrupted (Tried on 3 versions on OB and none of them will recognize it). The Bangbros config was not working at all, I specificily asked him if the config bypassed recaptcha, to which he said yes (Spoiler alert: It didn't). And the streamate config skips hits. That now leaves me with 2,5 broken configs out of 3. For 130$, that's not a great deal. I then pm'ed him asking him for help/refund, to which he simply said that the configs worked. I can provide more proof of his configs not working if needed.
