He replied in 2 other forums but not here even if he logged in and changed my reputation this morning , he is on 4 forums in total i opened scam report on all 3 he is login in but not replying ..

Yes it accepts voip numbers only for creation time , it don't support it for verification login you need to have 1 voip number and one real with sim card not no-voip as you said you provide real numbers with real simcard's unless it's not that it won't work for me i tested several of your phone numbers and it didn't work for cashapp creation nor paypal creation also it should work for any service as long as i am paying for any service.

I am not using it for fraud as long as this paypal is my own , i have full control of it i removed primary phone number and added a voip one and wanted to added a real one for verification cause voip isn't supported.

You realize because of all this i lost a work i was doing completly because of you and your bad service , only god knows how mad i am right now this should be unfair 

when at begining of the day you logged in and saw this and you didn't reply that could have saved me my whole work.

 20 bucks are meaning less , for you but i lost a lot of money because of this and your bad service you shouldn't be able to sell in here you realize you wasted me a lot A LOT. If you can't provide what you are advertising for and using bot to update daily why do you have your service up ? i followed all your rules and tos but your phone numbers are not working and all your thread is based on fake you are saying you provide phone numbers "REAL THAT ARE SIM CARDS" which is not the case.

You can't refund me what i wasted , your service is really bad and you are an awful persson as you act like you delivered what you are advertising for i tested 20 numbers out of 20 none is receiveing sms 

I am still asking my self how and why are you still able to sell your service in here when it's literraly not working. 

I am not trying to get money from you , now i am trying to make sure admins react about you and don't let other falls for it not all have the power and the knowledge to follow him in all boards he is advertising in he have bad work and it's all builded on lies he claimed to have "REAL SIM CARDS" which he don't he is using no voip carriers that's it.

User is obviously trying to use my numbers for hacked paypal 
as can be seen by the security check screen
I never denied user a refund.I responded in less than 24 hours to every query.I even explained you cannot bypass security check via these numbers
Now when i am accepting his refund request he says he does not want a refund
I can refund his transaction from coinbase but i am not sure if he wants that or if his btc address is even active
Staff please advise what to do next

I have 100s of happy users.Once in a while i do get retarded customers but nothing can be done.
I never even once denied him refund on or off site
I explained to him why numbers did not work
You cannot bypass security check with paypal.They will only send SMS to original registered number not to a new number hence the "SECURITY CHECK"

Website has a system where balance automatically gets refunded to on site balance if SMS does not come
Even after all this if user is not willing to compromised nothing can be done
