Additional Information: Was pretty certain I was getting scammed, but it was only $30 so didn't care much. Was worth the risk to potentially find a good supplier. Only posting this thread because I see he's still actively messaging people on here, so don't want anyone else to fall victim who may care a bit more about their losses.
