Additional Information: I bought ExpressVPN (20$) 2 days ago I ask why its taking too long and he said to me in ticket that i send incorrect/insufficient funds. I send the proof that I correctly send the funds, no ticket reply on his sites and facebook last respond was 'hello'.

and about reply in Facebook .. they won't help because they don't know about ticket or anything thats only for Facebook Marketplace thing..
