Additional Information:

I brought Revolut france personal account on March 8 from the Seller. I transferred $359 via crypto and the Seller said they will deliver to me soon - Seller failed to deliver despite keeping promising to deliver, saying it will be delivered soon and now saying they are busy and they keep promising to sort this out but still not delivered. yesterday on March 13 they said it will take a ~4 hours to deliver but this did not happen.
