Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $21 USD bitcoin

Additional Information: Bought off his Shoppy since i saw there was an option for that he got back to me saying there was no payment although clearly giving him the order confirmation and other things and has now gone off to ignore me. Even checked the blockchain info and the bitcoin is sitting in his wallet despite saying there is nothing.
