i didn't know this user is a scammer and he scammed my partner from year ago (He Chargeback him with same way ) . anyway today he opened a dispute on paypal even his x4 rdps 30 day is passed and worked flawless. i found he opened a dispute to charge me back


i found my partner have all his data such address info . his n.to and c.to accounts and all this. so he give me this profile so that's him but he hide his discord 

So i would like a refund for this charge back . cause simply my paypal is limited i can't get my funds for 180 day
