Additional Information: So basically asked @sirviroo about some verified account and we agreed on the price of $160 and delivery in 36 hours from payment. It's been more than 36 hours (48+ hours specifically). He is making like weird excuses, saying he is having network issue and can't do instant. Like what the actually fuck? Before when I paid him he was fine but all of sudden he has this issue when it comes delivery time or is living in slums where there is no network? Either way, I find this weird and rather than waiting I'm opening this thread so he gets a DWC till he delivers me. Doing so that people are aware incase he is trying some weird exit ponzi. Why do I say that? He just changed his Last Seen status onsite right after I confronted him, sounds suspicious doesn't it? Clearly not normal and is ignoring my message. I'll wait couple hours to see if he responds or delivery something if not he should be banned.
