Additional Information: I wanted to exchange 200€ PayPal to LTC and @jorja said he could do this. So i sent him the 200€ on PayPal and he confirmed that he got the money as you can see in the screenrecording. When i asked him when i would get my LTC, he said that he has to buy it first but unfortunately his seller/exchanger wasn't online at the time. So i agreed to wait and now i have been waiting 20 hours already. He doesn't reply to my messages but when my friend texted him he replied within minutes.
