Additional Information: I bought a Paypal account from his service that he provides, as shown in the pictures... Before I bought the account, I asked him if I could receive a large amount on the account when he created it without being banned. He replied, “Yes, you can do that. I paid the amount and waited a day or two for him to finish creating the account….and when he finished, he actually sent it to me, but after two or three days the account was blocked (after my client sent me $5)....and when I told him about the problem He deleted the conversation between me and him and started telling me that he does not guarantee the account
