Additional Information: As shown, i had messaged him a couple of hours prior to the purchase, he said that they are still working but you just have to go up to the till. Once I received the giftcard details, the link that he provides to check the balance on the giftcard got shut down by Nandos so I wasn't able to check the balance. Hoping that the balance is there, I went to Nandos, made the entire order at the till and I gave the lady the giftcard digits, she says that she is not able to just take the digits as they now require to scan the physical card instead. I called another Nandos branch to ask if they are able to check the balance for me, they also said that they need to scan the physical card. I had contacted him on his Shoppy within the hour of purchase on Sunday, it is now Thursday and still no answer.
