OP has been using Adobe for ages and has been told that fix will take time and even though he has been offered to change product with anything , refund is not something thats doable seeing how long he had been using adobe for

I bought adobe in may 2024 and from that adobe maybe died 2 to 3 times so I can assure I had not used for more than 5 months anyway I don't want refund!
He asked to change product So, I ask him to change it with tg premium which is still listed on https://rentry.co/RadiantServices but he is saying "not a available product". He never response promptly to solve issue. Every time I ask for another product instead of adobe I have to wait for week for his reply and mostly his reply is like "Not in stock" "not available" etc. if he response quickly I can change adobe to another product!
