Brief Summary:

Needed a ticket for the same day - out of 3 people who offer this type of service this guy came through. Sent him the flight I want, and he noted it was roughly 10 hours away and took the job. He requested payment via LTC, done it and he supposedly got to work and said he'll get back with an update and started to become less responsive. Now his answers are coming hours apart and i emphasized that the timezone where the flight is, is drawing closer to departure time. He stopped answering. I left him a message saying my guy wont go to the airport without having the ticket and because of that he has to extend his stay for another day and we can book another flight since obviously this one didnt get booked. He responded saying that would be perfect. Found a new flight 30usd more. He charged me for the extra 30USD. This is at 7 am my time. Now im waiing for an update again. None is coming. Another day wasted, I told him if he cant do it, my guy wont stay there for another day in hopes of him coming through and will book the ticket himself. Therefore he can refund me. He said, thats fine and whoever he works for is asleep rn and will send the funds back when he wakes up. Told him ok and asked him hours later to remind his boss to send it back. Then when I checked again he cleared the messages.

checked with my Supportguys and well, we sent you the flight confirmation? So idk what the problem is here.

Yes, we still owe you 30$ as difference, as the flight was cheaper than indicated on the payment.

Good to hear from you – It did feel like I was dealing with a middleman. I was waiting for your support to come through, while he was waiting for you. I emphasized throughout the entire conversation that the flight is hours away. After making the first payment of 496 usd in LTC – I did not get a flight confirmation, in fact I was told that he is waiting for an update and will let me know. I got no update and flight time for the ticket I picked was drawing near. So I said that if we can’t get this flight confirmed, my guy will have to extend his stay at the hotel for one more day and we can pick a new flight. Your support responded and said that would be perfect.  So at around 7 am my time, I sent him a new flight for the following day. I was asked to pay an extra 30$ in price difference because the second ticket cost more, not less as you stated. Again I was told to wait for an update, I checked again by 7pm and your support said he still does not have an update and last I told him that if we can’t get a confirmation, my guy who needs the flight will not extend his stay for another day and he is going to book his flight himself. Your support said that’s ok and said he will have you (the owner) send the funds back when you wake up. And then he cleared the messages.
That is the problem – and now you are telling me I was sent a flight confirmation. Which is completely false, I don’t want to say you are lying just yet, maybe a miscommunication with your support. Please double check with him – and if he tells you that he sent me a flight confirmation, then we can get an admin here and send him everything to review.
