Additional Information:I had a private courier(trusted in my country) to pickup the items at a drop location in UK, my courier called sponge's drop guy, but he didn't answer the phone that day(sunday). The second day(monday), the drop guy called the courier, and he pretends that the courier came to pickup the items that day. My courier was already out of the country(UK) and was in Calais(FR) since he transports people and other parcels(https://imgur.com/a/CRhoPjZ), and it was impossible for him to pickup the items. Now sponge and his drop guy say that the items are no longer in their possesion, and neither my courier has the items in his posession. I attached proof of how he couldn't pickup the item monday because he wasn't in the country.To confirm the numbers and blurred things I can only show to staff members since the information is confidential for me and Sponge.I can also show the conversation with the courier and things.
