Additional Information: I needed a UPI for a crypto transaction and have bought from him multiple times before. I also noticed a DWC issue, so I confronted him about it. He assured me that the refund had been processed and that the DWC would be removed. Since we had dealt with each other before, I sent him $230 for 20k INR via UPI. However, he scammed me, stopped replying, and now I'm unable to contact him
