Additional Information: I contacted this guy on cracked.to to ask if he's selling US combos and we agreed on a price of 20 USD per 1m. Once money was sent, he totally ignored me.

Sorry, I updated the original post. My bad.

Well yeah, the guy is totally a scam. I was planning on buying another item for 150 USD from him, but then thought it would be good giving it a rub with 20 USD for combos.
