Hello . this user have purchased from me a RDP . Cost  42 euro . i asked him to pay me F&F he refused. he said want to pay with Bank without account. i let him do it , after he d m me to confirm it's him and he is ranked here so

Now He opened dispute Right Now 

- he put my holder pp account at risk
- he breach my terms of service.  " Note 1: If you will violate our Service Policies, no refund will be made on any situation. Note 2: Opening dispute without any reason or even opening dispute after using our services in order to get your money back will not help. Doing so will result in money not being refunded and RDP/VPS will also get terminated"

i will replay to paypal and i will get my money back it's not issue. but i'm opening this scam to ban this user

i have contact him . he saying " he opened this dispute cause he want to close his paypal account " . he saying " i will pay you back btc" . i don't want his btc  , even if he going to pay me back with btc he already breach my terms and put account in risk

and i really hate  users they do chargeback . and i just let him send me G&S cause he ranked.
so please ban this user

That aint scamming... Imma give the money back to btc  coz another paypal got limited so there's really nothing to do but dispute coz i paid with credit card..... If he offers me refund then i might not be able to get the refund because again the paypal is limited.... Lets say I accept the refund... Am i going to be able to send it to any platform? NO thats why i opened a dispute...
And I offer you that i willl pay the money in btc but u refused so I dont know what to say Goodluck :))

 - You can't just decide to open dispute so you open it . i have asked you many times no dispute and you promise me : 


- if refund take time that's your own problem , don't solve your own problem by make me a problem! . you was able to pay btc from first second. 
- you have breach our terms of service. that's you accepted while you order . so that's another thing too 

even if you going to pay me btc. then you can keep dispute but you won't get your RDP Back . cause simply you have broke the rules

if you warn us , that you need the money and close account and pay btc. we may make a kind of agree or some thing , but you make it a surprise , and i have confirmed to my holder that you ain't going to open dispute cause you promised me

- so you can't do what ever you want , that's called scamming. if you want pay me btc you welcome but you not going to get your RDP Back.

Okay Please Ban This user and put his ip logs. also please remove his shop if you can

he banned my account from his server. and not answer on my dm
so i made fake one and act like a Client . and the scammer have answered in less then 30 seconds   ( he banned fake account too once he found it's me )
