Additional Information: not really just delivered my service made many animations but kept changing it up every single time i made one never specified what he exactly wanted every single time said "in any way, i honestly have no idea" Why order an animation if you dont know what you want on it. i feel scammed because i delivered my animations then in the end the person offered me 5$ instead of 20$ https://prnt.sc/w8rd4a

Yes i asked him to animate a gif for my friend's server. i was a middle man, the gifs he made were so LQ that anyone can do with less than 1 hour work.

First off the individual did three examples in total, I didn't like any of them, I gave him specific instruction on what I wanted, he came back with not only with the wrong color, but an important part of the logo of which I'm looking for a line like a bar code reader was missing, he said it impossible for him to do.

In the end, he said he can't do what I asked for, he said its impossible, so I said, I will give you 5 USD for ur time, I won't be using any of the designs you sent.

He declines 25% of the money (5/20) and goes for a scam report.

Admins tag me if more clarifications are needed. 

I have no intention of using the examples he gave me - because they are not unique and can be found in a template set.

Im not gonna talk anymore on this scam report ill let the staff decide I feel scammed since i delivered my product did what they first wanted. (animate it just something modern, like a real company clean nothing flashy not like youtube or gaming channel) did this after they wanted more and more animations with different things. We agreed on 20$ in the end offered 5$. If the examples i sent at first were shit they could of said no thank you we need someone more experienced we are not interested. but he carried on with the conversation.
