Asked in the support before buying if the giftcards are working on amazon germany, he said yes, so i bought a 50$ Visa Card to test it out.
After receiving i copy/pasted the code into amazon and got a error that clearly says the giftcard code is invalid.
The support stated they won't replace on this error, i told him i'll open a scam report if he won't refund or replace me.
Because other buyers already wrote bad reviews on his sales thread that the giftcards aren't working and he refuses to refund i'll gave him 1 hour to either refund or replace a working giftcard.
I can provide to the staff uncensored screenshots of amazon where i pasted the code and details of the ping.fo order to see that i entered the right code into amazon reload.

Got the refund, but i think the staff should check the sellers behaviour though many customers have problems with him, it can not be that the seller is only wasting time, needs hours to reply when you contact the support and says he won't refund.
But if you open a Scam report you'll get a refund in no time without hesitation.

I'm glad i made a test purchase with only 25$ and didn't spend racks for hundreds of giftcards.
