You are not getting refunded for the bot you purchased or whatever since thats apparantly a third party product and you agreed to purchase it for a higher price.

@CryptexSignals buyer is saying that you blocked him and cleared chats etc and that he doesnt have product.
Provide video proofs clearly showing that he has the product and this dispute will be closed without any refunds.
