Additional Information: POE was suggested as an alternative to Private GPT. Purchased on 11/03/2023. Was then told it was Out of Stock (11 Days after, way past the 72h promise delivery date on his ToS #7: https://rentry.co/radiantservices). Continuously reminded regarding POE, never given any updates, was told on February 12th that POE is no longer available (STILL NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT). Offered to swap out products in order to resolve, he said "ye". Gave alternative options on March 6th, 15th, April 2nd: was confirmed can switch again -- was never completed, June 2nd, June 6th, June 20th, July 26th, August 8th -- Was told Mullvad Private no longer available, August 15th -- Gave Refund Alternative & was ignored again, August 30th, November 10th -- Was told POE was discontinued Ages ago and still did not get a resolution, December 1st. And, as of now still no resolution... Find it kind of unacceptable regarding the purchase was completed on 11/03/2023. Regarding the other products: Apple One Family, Mullvad Shared, (07/06/2023 & 11/03/2023) they were going good for a year... Then, it just went to shit. I have been waiting for a fix for both since 08/15/2024 and neither has been actioned on. He always says "hi", never reading the previous message, then never gets back... "This will be done in 48hrs as this got missed" and never completes... At this point posting a dispute is probably the only way I'll get either of them actioned on. I just want a full refund of POE at this point, do not want anymore products from him. And, fixes for the ones that I currently have, or else he should get rid of Lifetime Warranty of the Method and the False Promises of completing fixes within xx hours that he always spams on his Telegram channels, alongside prioritizing PRIORITY, which is evidently not occuring. I give him a few days to a week or so between bumping requests and he STILL CANT finish them... I legit have to post on lounge just for him to even see the messages and even then it still doesn't get fixed... Legit just gave up on the adobe too...
