Additional Information:
Seller has been creating a shopify Store since 23.10.2020. His thread clearly states the process takes 4-10 Days to be finished. Its been nearly 7 weeks now and the store still is just barebones and some text full or gramatical errors. I expect the seller to completely finish the shopify store till 12.12.2020 and provide a part refund for the delay or i want a full refund and the barebones store can be deleted.

There was no scamming involved in this transaction. The user has purchased a whole package with many features included (Not just the website creation), he sent a response and didn't get a reply that is true. If I don't reply that means I didn't see the message and he should've messaged me again before over reacting.

The website is fully finished and I've replied to the users messages on discord, waiting on the user to reply.

The user accepted a terms of service policy before and after purchasing the service:

* There are no refunds unless I don’t finish your store.

The store is FULLY finished so there won't be a refund given in this transaction. If the user wants changes on the website made I am more than happy to adhere to those changes.

Currently in talks with him. He now started working on the shop again after i opened the scam report. He is stating that the Store is already finished, but he just completed it after opening the scam report. There are still some things to do, so i am waiting for his response.

I don't know what else to tell you @Teken. He doesn't want to respond on the thread and I've kept communication with him during the past days fixing and adding changes to his website as he's requested. Waiting on him to respond to the thread.
