Additional Information: so i ordered a RTS from stronggojo. i've kept reading about the method and realized that as soon as the package is in transit the rts method should begin. i gave him all the information and paid him but he took hours to respond and the package got delivered. so after doing some research i told him that i want my money back, because it's not what i've ordered and as i asked him if i can pick up the package or not he told me he dont give advices, he does only do the boxing not refunding. but when i wanted my money back he suddenly gave me advices and told me that he wont refund my money even tho the package is not sent out.
so i just want my money back
