Scam Report: @SANTA refund service and VIP membership

I have no desire to be in the VIP group, or do any further business with Santa, based on the treatment I received during the first refund I used his services for. I am fine with an 80% partial refund if that is what it takes to put this to rest.

For the record, I was never (and still have not) been added to any VIP or private groups. I do not see these anywhere in my Telegram. My point from my previous post still stands: this, along with the extremely negative experience I've had dealing with Santa as a seller, are why I would like a refund.

Just because you added me after the staff of this forum forced you to does not change anything. It does not negate your actions during the first refund that caused me to open this scam report. My prior request stands -- I am fine with an 80% partial refund if that is what it takes to put this to rest.

@elephantom Since you are clearly not cooperating with the user and since it's been over a year into your subscription, there's no reason for the user to refund you. Hence I will be closing this. However @SANTA still has to deliver the VIP membership and it's perks as agreed, if he fails to do so, you can make a new deal dispute. Closed
