Additional Information:

Yes he did have terms I agreed to stating it was not my problem if shit didn't work, yes I accepted them. But NOTHING FUCKING WORKED, it was advertised there are 52 models and the most that have worked have been 6, that was for only a day or two though. Right now none of them work at all and its been like that for 9 days, mind you I bought a 30 day subscription 11 days ago. The seller directs me to their support and they can't fix the problem nor will give me days back on the subscription.

Note he advertised 52 models worked the day I bought however at the time only 6 maximum worked. He says he isn't liable but the product never fucking worked to begin with, I basically got sold a subscription to an empty website with buttons that prompt the site to throw up error codes. If I was made aware that NOTHING FUCKING WORKS I would not be making a scam report. Instead of doing that he pushed the sale and tried to stay away from being liable knowing it does not work.

this is his 3rd scam report, he has 3x more scam reports than vouches [Image: pepeknife.png]

If you look into it, you'll find positive references from people who have purchased it. I've added them all. And there are many people who have purchased it.

This product is an all-in-one product. It's not just pictures and videos. It has many features, including API usage and normal chat models.

I told him I was just a salesperson and that I marketed the product.

Since he accepted that, now he's trying to get money when there's a problem, that's all. I told him I couldn't provide any support in this matter and that he should contact the platform owners.

The message I sent him informing him before he made the purchase.  https://imgur.com/a/ZvxyKMv
and after purchasing the product, the customer did everything themselves, including installation.

When registering on the platform, they also accepted the platform's terms and conditions. If they hadn't agreed, they wouldn't be able to use the product.

Additionally.

The product isn't just video models. Everything is included in the product. And I showed them all these features before they purchased it.

I repeatedly stated that I am not responsible for any potential issues that may arise within the platform.

He can now contact them to resolve the issues. I contacted them once on his behalf, and they mentioned that he was constantly spamming. They said they silenced him because it was negatively affecting other customers' experiences.

If he had completely lost access to the platform or if the platform had been shut down, I would have agreed to a refund. However, I provided very detailed information and mentioned that I was not responsible.

He also mentioned other reports filed against me. I have always respected the administrators' decisions on the forum and acted on what was communicated to me. Where I was in the wrong, I made a direct refund. However,

I detailed everything the customer might encounter in potential issues. The refund is not my responsibility. You can request it from the platform. However, there are no
refunds in the platform's terms of service.

If requested, I can send the entire conversation to the moderators.

He purchased the product and it met all his needs for two days. Then he said the product was defective and unusable, and that only three models worked. As proof that they all worked, I sent him four different screenshots. He even said he wanted to purchase a one-year membership.

If it had been a faulty or poor product, I wouldn't have been able to add so many vouchers to the forum in the first place. Also, if it had been as he said, why did he start asking me what discount I would get if I brought a reference?

UPDATE:
First of all, if I wanted to scam him or had scammed him, I would never have delivered the product after receiving the money.

He received the product. He used it and continues to use it. When I contacted the platform owners, they said that every customer registers on the platform themselves and cannot use the service without accepting the platform's terms of service when signing up.

Additionally, the explanation provided for this issue is as follows: I had previously informed him that if such a problem arose, the administrators could add extra days to the customer's subscription but that there would be no refund.

They are currently working on the issue. Furthermore, once the issue is resolved, the customer will be gifted a one-month membership, even if their current subscription expires. That's the feedback I received.

Additionally,

when I contact the customer, they are very aggressive and insult me on Telegram. This situation is frustrating.

Furthermore, even though the lawsuit has not been finalized, I believe that accusing a member on the forum in front of other members is against the forum rules.

I try to provide the best service for all my products. However, I would like to give an example.

For example, I sold ChatGPT, and the OpenAI platform took it down for maintenance. Am I responsible for that?

I think that's ridiculous. If the product I sold completely lost its functionality, the customer would be right, but I don't think there's anything extra I could do in this situation.

I'm just someone who resells. Also, the images below show messages where they belittled me in front of other members.

I extend my respects to the administration.

@Alex;  @Ping;

rebuttal 1. Past references do not matter if you scam someone. You multiple times more scam reports than vouches on c.sh.

rebuttal 2. Yes it should be an all in on product but nothing at all works, the api keys dont work, and the 52 models do not work, I uploaded proof of 28/52 not working, I would upload proof of all 52 not working but that would take forever and I think 28/52 is enough for a refund in itself.

rebuttal 3. Yes you did say that but you marketed 52 working Ai models, none of them worked. So yea you're a middle man but you're selling a product that does not work what so ever. For example if I say on this forum I resell gift cards but the gift cards never worked to begin with do I have to refund the customer.... yes although I was reselling the gift cards. Claiming your a middleman does not detach you from liability when you knew the product you were selling never worked from the start and I know you knew this because you were constantly trying to redirect liability like you knew I was going to dispute.

rebuttal 4. https://imgur.com/a/i1YHWkR Cracked rules, I don't make the rules, you don't either.

rebuttal 5. https://imgur.com/a/i1YHWkR once again cracked rules. You sold me a product that never fucking worked even though you claimed it did, you're a liar and a scammer.

rebuttal 6. no response

rebuttal 7. What does showing me features have to do with not being a scammer? Once again nothing works including the features I was shown.

rebuttal 8. The problem was there when you sold it, that's why you repeatedly said that and you did not tell me stuff didn't work you just told me you aren't liable. Also c.sh rules https://imgur.com/a/i1YHWkR

rebuttal 9. You don't know it was me spamming because you referred me to discord support where I have a different user. Also I was never silenced or spamming and I do not see how that is relevant at all after scamming someone. -------- like ok even if I was spamming in a discord server wtf does it matter

rebuttal 10. In the "detailed information" you left out the details saying only 6/52 models actually work (only for 2 out of the 11 days mind you)

At the end he says refunds are not my responsibility.....  (https://imgur.com/a/i1YHWkR) ..... I guess they aren't but not refunding after being told to refund results in a ban..

Also I sent the entire conversation.
Please if this does not go in my favor give this man a DWC he has many scam reports against him, he would probably have more if people ignored his liability bullshit, cared about the small amount they were scammed for and knew about c.sh deal disputes
