Additional Information: I wanted to exchange 200 EUR Paypal to LTC. I sent him the money via Paypal and he confirmed that he got it as you can see in the screenrecording. When i asked when i would get my LTC, he told me that he needs to buy it first but his seller/exchanger wasn't online at the time. So i agreed to wait and now have been waiting 20 hours already. He doesn't reply to MY messages anymore but when my friend texted him he replied within minutes.

Update: @jorja closed the ticket and kicked me out of his channel. Before kicking me out of the Channel he mentioned that he would refund the money but i am not sure how serious this statement was.

Hey just arrived home, ill explain the situation. This guy sent me money yesterday at night, said him bro you may have to wait because i have to buy the crypto because im on 0 rn, i have a guy who sells me the crypto and he isnt answering me. Now this guy opened scam report and he didnt wait even 24h lmao, i asked him for time but he was so so desesperate and i cant do anything till my contact answer me. I don't know if he deleted the entire discord server or just me, but I have screenshots of the conversation with him, he's some kid. My friend waited for the money for 3 days, he received it only after I wrote to him that I had more to exchange, and then he sent it immediately.
