Additional Information: So like 12 days ago i bought an account from him, after like few hours the account stopped working, he said he will give me new one when his stock will be updated, and as you can see he has been ignoring me basically for the past 10 days, although even in his thread it says "RESTOCKED WON'T RUN OUT FOR A WHILE!". 
I want either the account or a refund

Ok, i would like to say. I don't have to give him anything. I told him to change pass and e-mail on the account and he didn't + I specified no warranty and it worked for a while.

Edit: looked at chat I didn't tell him but the account worked from the 27 to the 28. I specified no warranty?

I will just refund him, to remove my DWC faster. But I don't think I am entitiled to refund him

Ok, i would like to say. I don't have to give him anything. I told him to change pass and e-mail on the account and he didn't + I specified no warranty and it worked for a while.

Edit: looked at chat I didn't tell him but the account worked from the 27 to the 28. I specified no warranty?

I will just refund him, to remove my DWC faster. But I don't think I am entitiled to refund him

You didn't say there's warranty, but I thought it's logic that the account will last more than few hours so I asked for one more? 
Also you said you will replace me which is why I created the thread, why ignore me on discord for a week?
