I recently purchased a service through your platform, but shortly after, my account was blocked without warning or explanation. This occurred less than 24 hours after the transaction and after I had made only three posts. Before completing the payment, I confirmed with the administrator that my content complied with your platform's rules, and they assured me there would be no issues.
After being blocked, I tried reaching out to the administrator for clarification. Unfortunately, my messages were ignored, and I was subsequently blocked on Telegram as well. Your assistant initially indicated they would look into the matter, but no concrete solution or refund has been provided.
I trust that this situation is not representative of your platform’s standard practices. I am confident we can resolve this amicably. I kindly request one of the following:
1. Restoration of my account access and advertisement opportunity.
2. A full refund of the $300 payment.
I believe this resolution would be fair and in line with good business practices. I hope to hear from you soon to address this matter promptly.
