Additional Information: The worst customer service ive ever seen on earth and on top of that they block their customers what stupidity i even offered to show him a video screenshot of me not receiving any sms but he wouldn't listen to this moron and his shitty service

My team has several SIMs in our possession, two French and one English, they're real sims from real operators, we've even tested sending SMS to each other and it all worked, but Monsieurs preferred to piss off his customers
Problem solved with owner, that was just a support agent
