Additional Information:      I purchased a Visa prepaid that It didn't work the first time, then I tried to contact support and they gave me a replacement, but I tried again and it doesn't work either, it's been 2 days and they haven't answered me, I tried to try them using amazon reload, Perfumes.com and Zappos but they all told me They gave an error because the payment could not be processed.
