Additional Information: User submitted a job offer, I took it, delivered within a day - User requested that we deal with a middleman, we contacted Liars, user took 3 days off to rethink his life, came back and apologized for his disappearance, asked Liars for the payment address, Liars confirmed the address for the 2nd time. User has been on hiatus since then, still logs on the forum, changing profile pictures, posting topics, changing his Telegram username and pictures, living the dream.
I've got no personal problems with the guy, but if I'm delivering what you want within a day, I expect to be paid at least close to that timeframe, but having to wait a week for it, because maybe he's decided he doesn't want it anymore is just unacceptable.
I'd still like to give him his product, but now I'd like to be paid first, then he can take the thing.

never sent payment bro, and never received product. so this is already not a proper "scam report"
was busy with other things aswell, yes may have wasted your time but i never scammed you cause i didn't get anything neither did i send anything.
if we did make a deal then it never neither of us received anything. im not forced to pay if i never received anything. i can back out if i change my mind

It's just common courtesy to let both myself and the middleman know you changed your mind, instead of having me chase you for my payment as well as message him every 2-3 days about it.

Liars definetly doesn't care, its not like he was waiting for me all day he just sent the address and left, i didnt send money cause i changed my mind bro im not sending money.. i dont want the product anymore
