The deal dispute is technically against Liars as he is the OP of the thread, hence I will decide the deal dispute for an unbiased decision.
There is enough valid evidence that you leaked the data and caused damage to other clients' investments in his cloud, thus were rightfully banned from using the service.
You are responsible for the safety of your account so I don't know how blaming your friend gets you anywhere.
Combo clouds cannot function or stay in business if they don't ban people for leaking their content or reselling it.
