Additional Information: This is a multi account/seller that promotes a scam site in marketplace. He sells "Prepaid VCC Cards" with $1500 and $3000 balance. I have bought a card and it didn't work on any site. I then had bought an Amazon Gift Card with $100 balance and I received another non-working VCC. Trustscan this user and you can see all of the account multis.
